Relax, Relate & Release

Cost is $250 per person - 2 night stay, 5 meals, unlimited snacks and daily activities. Transportation by car can be added for an additional charge of $50.

Relax, Relate & Release Women’s retreat is a weekend designed to let women refresh from the everyday hustle of work and care giving. Facilitated by a licensed Social Worker the weekend will be packed with retreat activities designed to encourage physical movement, self reflection and new connections. The schedule includes yoga, guided hikes, art and journaling activists. We invite you to come and enjoy fun and relaxation in the Pocono Mountains.

This is an 21+event. All participants must purchase a ticket. This is a rain or shine event. Lodging in partnership with Washo House. (@washohouse on IG)

Lodging - Rooms are shared with other participants. Each participant will have their own bed. If participants wish to share their bed with a friend or family member a $50 discount will be applied to each ticket.
